Registration Period

Early Registration：November 15 (Tue.), 2022 – January 12 (Thu.), 2023 (Japan Time)

Late Registration：January 13 (Fri.), 2023 – March 10 (Fri.), 2023 (Japan Time)

Registration Fee ※November 15 (Tue.), 2022 rate: 1 USD = 139.13 JPY

General (Early Registration): 16,000 JPY (about 115 USD)

General (Late Registration): 20,000 JPY (about 143 USD)

Online Registration Instruction

To register online, please click the "Online Registration" button at the bottom of the page.After completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL which is issued based on your choice of registration information by E-mail. If you have not finished your payment, please go to the Payment URL to confirm your payment.Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made only with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).

Payment Deadline: 72 hours after you submit your information

Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without the payment.

After your payment confirmed, the confirmation E-mail will be sent to your E-mail address automatically. If you do not receive the E-mail after the registration, please contact to Registration Support Desk (35elbow＠reg-convention.com).

You will need your Registration ID (E-mail address) and Password to log in to the Online Meeting Website.

Downloading confirmation,
receipt and certificate of attendance

You can revise or change your information and download the registration confirmation/receipt at the service counter by March 31, 2023 (JST)

Certificate of attendance is also available to download from the service counter between February 6 (Mon.) and March 31 (Fri.), 2023 (JST)

Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund

To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID and password, then click the "Edit Personal Information" button. Please note that you cannot make a change on the "Category" field in the editing page so please review the form carefully when you submit.

NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.

Personal information you provide will only be used for services related to the 35th Annual Meeting of the Japan Elbow Society, by the meeting secretariat (Japan Convention Services, Inc.) entrusted with the handling of personal information.
